1. Q - If the driver has to wait for me will I be Charged?

    A - Our Customers are priviledged to 45 minutes of waiting time when picking up from any metropolitan airport before we apply a waiting time charge of $35 dollars. When picking up at hotel, house, or business a charge of $15 will be applied for every Fifteen minutes driver waits.

2. Q - How will I know when my car has arrived and   who is my driver?

    A - Your driver will call the contact number given to us when you booked your reservation and arrange a pick up point with you. For our customers convienience drivers will meet you curbside unless a meet greet pick up was arranged earlier. Meet and Greet pick ups are subject to parking fees.

3. Q - What airports do you service?

    A - We service all private and commerical airports in the NY & NJ area.  We regurally servicethe airports below.  Please inquire if you do not see the airport that you may need.

4. Q - How can I open a corporate account with LimoJet Car Services,LLC?

    A - Visit the Reservations page and create an account or visit the Credit Application page then print a reservation and credit application form. Fill out the form and email or fax back to our reservations department. A LimoJet representative will contact you to confirm your account information.

5. Q - What type of payments do you Accept?

    A - We except the following major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover cards. We also except personal checks and cash. For our corporate account holders the driver will provide the passenger with a payment voucher. The ride is then processed and billed through the office to the corporate account.

6. Q - How will I be billed for a "No Show" or "Cancellation"?

    A - Passengers must notify the office of any changes within 12 hours of their reservation pick up time. Any reservations cancelled after that time will be billed the full amount of the ride.
